Terms & Conditions

Welcome to jemmadarling.studio. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms so that everything runs smoothly and with clarity.

Bookings

Sessions are secured with a signed booking agreement and deposit. Dates are only confirmed once this is received.

Payments

A 50% deposit is required for one-off sessions, with the balance due 5 business days before your shoot.

For The Retainer Muse, payments start one month before your first session and are billed fortnightly via direct debit (or payable quarterly upfront).

This keeps your quarter covered in advance.

All payments are non-refundable but may be transferable at my discretion.

Sessions

Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe (for retainers, within the 3-month quarter). They cannot be rolled over.

Studio hire and travel outside Newcastle CBD are charged separately.

Deliverables

Final images are delivered via online gallery within 2–3 weeks.

High-resolution and web-size JPEGs are supplied. RAW files are not provided.

Galleries remain live for 8 weeks after delivery.

Usage

Clients automatically receive a licence to use final images for personal and brand marketing purposes (social media, website, press, advertising). Copyright remains with jemmadarling.studio.

Credit is appreciated when sharing online (tag @jemmadarling.studio).

Images may be used by jemmadarling.studio for portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reschedules & Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Short-notice reschedules may incur a fee.

In the event of illness, weather or unforeseen circumstances, I’ll work with you to find a new date.

Limited Edition Prints

All limited edition fine art prints are made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days for production and delivery.

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for prints damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects.

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Jemma Darling Studio within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Each print is individually signed, numbered, and packaged with care.

Prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
